I have been looking for one about this size for a while now, all of them that I have found were way to small and would take me doing different amounts multiple times before having everything chopped that I needed. This thing is simple and easy to use directions were very easy to follow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great chopper with large capacity and sharp blades. It is a great time saver when making casseroles and easy to use and clean so used a lot more in our household than the big one.Absolute unit for the kitchen. Its fantastic.

Easy to use, great for small jobs when you don't need a bigger processor and it's quiet compared to the larger choppers. I love the small opening to allow me to drizzle oil without stopping and removing the lid to do so. The only drawback is that it doesn't have measurement marks on the container, additional plus is that it's dishwasher safe - except for the base. Highly recommend!

I love this chopper so much and I can’t even tell you how many times I have reached for it in the few weeks I have owned it. So let’s start with the 5 cup is great size for all the veggies I need for a meal. The blades work really well and are easy to take out and clean. The lid stays on tight. The cord is long enough to move the into around comfortably. I have made many great dips in here and chopped veggies fast.

A Game Changer in the Kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never tried a food chopper before, and this KitchenAid exceeded my expectations. I find it to be a game changer in the kitchen. Normally I spend a lot of time chopping up all of my vegetables, and I find that it gets very tedious. With this machine, you only need to cut your veggies up into 1-inch sized pieces, and the chopper takes care of the rest. When I used this to chop onions, I found that you only need to press the pulse button a few times in order to get the onions to be a nice, diced size. If you press the pulse button too many times or hold it down too long, your veggies (or whatever else you are chopping) will become very fine. As with anything, experimenting and using it over time will help you learn how to master the right chop for whatever you are preparing. One con that I found with this chopper is that I had no idea how to take the lid off. My husband is an engineer, and he even had trouble. The directions made it seem as if you have to push down on the lid and turn, when you actually do not push down at all. I was finally able to understand how to remove the lid after looking up a video online. Now that I know how to remove it, it is very easy. I would definitely recommend this chopper for anyone looking to speed up their time prepping in the kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid 5 cup food chopper has been a life saver in the kitchen. It the job of many appliances. It chops, mix and puree which takes the place of 3 appliances. It is easy to clean and it made of quality materials. It chops vegetables with ease and you can make healthy means and snacks! I love the drizzle basin which is great for making mayonnaise and other sauces have always owned KitchenAid appliances and they last for a long time.
