I love this size, I’ve also got the mini & the 7ltr with all the attachments. But I’ve found this one is perfect for whipping up a pesto for dinner or roughly chopping nuts for biscotti & brownies.

I have used this appliance to chop dried fruit, onions, nuts and cold roast pork. It was very quickly done. Whipping cream was very, very quick! Also made pesto, again took very little time. You just have to check every few seconds so you don’t end up with dust, butter, sausage mince etc.

This is a well designed machine. I like the way the cord has a place to wrap around when not in use and it is very easy to operate. It also comes with only 2 attachments for whisking and chopping which means you dont have to store a whole array of bits and pieces that you never use. I do a lot of cooking in a small kitchen and this is ideal for me.

This machine is best for small families and it is very light weight, takes very less space and still very efficient and powerful. I have tried chopping meat and it worked like a charm. I am not sure why people complain about the complexity of design, i found it very easy to use.
