Very annoying to get it to work!

This sounded easy peasy. Except it’s the opposite. You put the base on. Then you put the blades in. Then your veggies. Then the top except the top is not very simple. The video you show is kinda deceiving to say the least. It’s just, unfortunately, not worth the effort. Very disappointed. Got it to work, after 15 minutes of putting it together over & over again, to actually chop. I’d send it back but it’s been sitting in my kitchen too long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is easy to use and quick to clean - prefect assistant! I also really appreciate buying an appliance made in the USA - great product and I would highly recommend it!

Perfect Appliance for a Limited Counter Space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking at this Food Chopper for awhile, so when my Magic Bullet Smoothie maker broke, I decided to buy a small food processor, and the Kitchen Aid 5 Cup Food Chopper was perfect for my small kitchen with limited counter space. The purchase of this product allowed me to get rid of my blender, which was taking up too much space on the counter. Now I have a smoothie maker and food processor, in one handy, efficient, and easy to operate product! I absolutely love it!

Powerful Mini Prep Chopper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used the 5 Cup Food Chopper a handful of times but it has performed well. I have made really smooth hummus and recently some restaurant style salsa with garden veggies. The chopper has plenty of power and the chop and puree settings did the job quickly. The 5 cup size is a nice bonus versus the 3 cup Kitchen Aid processor that we recently retired.

I love that I can then pop it in the dishwasher when I am done. I wish more appliances utilized the base space for cord storage like this little food chopper!
