Fantastic food chopper!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Kitchenaid 5 cup Food Chopper just less than a month ago and have used it many times. It is exactly what I was hoping for when I purchased it. I had an old food processor that I used for making pesto and other chopped herb dishes but it sadly broke down. I searched the internet and settled on the Kitchenaid chopper as I have been very happy with my Kitchenaid stand mixer. The chopper is powerful and quick. It sits neatly on my kitchen bench and I can chop fresh herbs such as Italian parsley in a few seconds making a uniformly fine garnish to sprinkle over winter soups and in omelettes. I am really looking forward to making pesto with it in summer. There is a small opening in the lid through which to introduce oil when blending the herbs. The chopper has two speeds as well as a pulse mechanism which is cleverly operated with your thumb on the top of the handle where the lid connects to the container. There is also a whisk for whipping up cream in a flash. Totally happy with my new purchase - thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so happy with the 5 cup food chopper. It’s so convenient to use and does everything to make life a little easier in the kitchen. I use it so much even chops meat to make my own mince. Very handy doesn’t take up much space.
