Perfect for everyday use! Compact and stylish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the kitchenaid 5 cup food chopper to replace one that had given up by a different manufacturer. This chopper is by far a more superior appliance than what I had before. Not only does it hold more it does a great job grinding my home made breadcrumbs. It also looks so good I actually have it sitting on my bench all the time.

Great for small batches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for the express purpose of making small batches of one of my favourite spreads, olive tapenade. I find the 5 cup food chopper just the right size to do small quatities for myself. I can process enough tapenade to fill a medium sized coffee jar which lasts quite a while.I probably wouldn't want to go any smaller than this 5 cup size chopper even for 1 person. I know there are many more condiments etc. I can make with this chopper and that it will be perfect for the job. It chops every thing nice and evenly and smoothly. Top chopper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the chopper for a couple of months now. It's a fabulous little machine that does so much in the kitchen, as well as being a time saver. The reason I bought it, however, was because my hands aren't what they used to be and chopping up food was a painful experience. My kitchenaid chopper has come to the rescue. Love it!

Not what I expected, but not disappointed…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this for a while now and am really happy with it. When it arrived I was surprised at how small it was, but that’s entirely my fault for not checking properly. However, despite its small size it really packs a punch and chops up things I didn’t think were possible. I can put a whole block of mozzarella in and pulse for a minute and get ‘shredded’ cheese, saving me so much time instead of hand grating. You can put basically anything in this and it works great, I even blended up soup in batches but had to be careful and do it in quick bursts so that the steam didn’t blow it up. Possibly a good addition would be to make the slow dropper circle on top removable so that when doing hot foods the steam can escape. Another slight negative is that the plastic doesn’t feel entirely strong, but it the quality does reflect the price. Overall, I am quite pleased with this tool and use it frequently.

5 Cup Chopper
