Plastic bowl and shaft is flimsy, pieces broke off the first time I used it. I had it replaced and the same thing happened again. Scary, esp since I used it to make baby food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this food chopper! It is much smaller than a giant food processer when you need smaller batches. I made homemade salsa in it recently and it chopped and mixed everything really well, with a good consistency - it does not overly puree food. I have also used the whisk accessory to mix up eggs as well as pancake batter with excellent results. The lid is a little tricky to figure out how to get it on and off, but once you figure it out, it's a breeze. My only minor critique, is that I wish the bowl had cup measurements embossed on the side, to help the consumer know the total volume.

Perfect size ... but.....

This would be perfect if only it also had a slicing/shredding blade. I have a 30 year old processor (different brand) that has a 4 qt bowl with a slicing/shredding blade, a chopping blade and a mixing paddle. The lid is cracked but I make do because I cannot find a replacement for it. I do not want, need, nor do I have room for a larger one. I was so hoping this 5 quart would have the slicing/shredding blade because I would have bought it instantly.

For whatever reason no matter how many times I lock, re-lock, and double check how old is connected it never starts. It’s always a game of roulette I lose 95% of the time. It would be a great but if it didn’t inspire so many moments where I’m about to throw it out my window

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This small chopper has been so handy! It easily chops, purees, and whisks to make quick work of nuts, vegetables, fruits, and herbs. It has 2 speeds and can pulse for coarse or fine results depending on your needs. The drizzle basin in the lid top makes it simple to add liquids or oils to produce smooth and creamy results. With so many uses, this will be an appliance you reach for again and again. I love that it is small for storage, has cord wrap storage, and takes up minimal space on the countertop. The blades, lid, whisking tool, and chopper cup are dishwasher safe for quick and easy cleaning. I also appreciate the incorporated pour spout on the chopper cup, as it reduces mess and makes it easy to transfer contents. I look forward to using this small powerhouse chopper often!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great little chopper, especially great when you don’t want to get out a big heavy food processor. My only complaint was it was really hard to get the lid off the first time, I was worried about breaking it and there was minimal instruction on how to get the lid off. Once I was able to the little chopper worked great! Easy to clean and small enough to store that it really doesn’t take up much space!

I love this chopper so much and I can’t even tell you how many times I have reached for it in the few weeks I have owned it. So let’s start with the 5 cup is great size for all the veggies I need for a meal. The blades work really well and are easy to take out and clean. The lid stays on tight. The cord is long enough to move the into around comfortably. I have made many great dips in here and chopped veggies fast.
