Amazing power

Works well…but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is simple to use and does exactly what you expect it to. It’s powerful and relatively quiet. My only issue is with the lid. It seems clunky and sometimes needs a bit of fidgeting to close and lock properly. I did have a problem with the first processor they sent me which I couldn’t close at all due to a problem with the hinge. Without any hassles they quickly sent me a replacement and honoured their warranty. Much praise to KitchenAid for that. If the lid issue was improved I would have given it 5 stars.
