I’m making a kitchen aid collection one item a year. I have so far got the kitchen aid mix master, the food processor and the sliced set which attaches to the mix master. Next I will purchase the blender to make my soups.

I like this processor, it really does process, chop, blend and mix everything! My only comment is a design concern re ability to pour from the bowl, although you can through the spout; and secondlly the plastic to which the metal latch is held, and to which the lid clips into. I think for the use impact they would be better as metal. Will see how it goes.

The first few uses I thought this was amazing, easy to use, easy to clean but then it stopped working... It won’t switch on. Have only had it for just over a month. Please let me know what I need to do to obtain a replacement or refund.
