Easy to use and put together

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and absolutely love it. It shreds my cabbage & carrots in no time flat for my Cole slaw and shreds cheese for my casseroles without me having to do all the work.

Perfect for the Summer.

It meets my needs, but I was disappointed that there are no additional slicers available for the unit. I would like to have options to slice and dice in different sizes. I think this limits what I would use this nice little unit for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My food processor recently died and when i contacted customer support, they told me i bought it in 2019. Now i see it was purchased in Dec 23--which means it is still under warranty and they should have told me that. I feel scammed as i was forced to purchase a new one instead of it being under warranty and given some more discount or a new one. I am very disappointed in your company

Hope you’re not looking to shred anything

Bought this today and tried to shred cheese but there is such a large gap between the chute and the blade that it can’t get a block of cheese shredded it just makes 3 inch balls of cheese. Had to shred it by hand. Going back today for a different processor
