Terrible!! Buy a Cuisinart Instead!!

Had a Cuisinart for over 15 years without any issues. Time caught up to it and replaced it with this unit. I regret the decision every time I use the Kitchenaid. First, the unit is horribly under-powered. A modest sized onion will halt the blade if it gets pushed to the outside. Second, the chamber is too narrow. In order to get things to not get stuck at the top, away from the blades, you have to do a great deal of prep. Just making salsa requires pre-chopping to less than 2" dia. Finally, if you're lucky to get it to actually "process", some pieces with inevitably float to the top and never work themselves down to the blades. Resulting in you having to fish them out by hand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very versatile and easy to use!

It’s incredibly easy to use, with just two cutting attachments: a standard chopping and slicing blade, and a circular shredding blade. I’ve used it to puree chunky spaghetti sauce and shred cheese, and it’s performed flawlessly each time. Plus, it’s dishwasher safe, making cleanup a breeze.

Great food processor but not perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s not too loud when using. It blends things well, but for certain things you have to leave them in longer to blend better. It’s really easy to take apart and put together, sometimes too easy and pieces can come off unexpectedly. It’s easy to clean as well! I would recommend this food processor!

Huge disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was very sad to be extremely disappointed by this food processor! It seems that the blades either don’t sit low enough to the bottom of the container or it’s just plain not powerful enough. I tried it with baking, pesto, even blending egg and cottage cheese for egg bites and every time there were much bigger chunks left unblended and I couldn’t get anything fully incorporated, even when I left it on the high setting for a while. I wanted to love it, but couldn’t find a single use where it could actually get the job done.

Great food processor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great food processor! It’s easy to set up, use, and clean. Everything is packaged nicely and all parts can go inside the processor for storage. The lid comes off which makes it easy to clean. I’ve made salsa and a cauliflower purée and it turned out great! Plus it makes a decent amount, 7 cups! Would recommend to family and friends
