Weak and flimsy

The product was such a disappointment. Firstly the flimsy parts easily fall off the machine when you open the lid, specifically the bizarrely designed push down plastic piece. The cup doesn't attach to the base properly and easily comes off even when in operation. Secondly and most disappointing is the fact that the motor is so weak that it cannot even process nuts. It operates for a few seconds then stops and the light starts flashing. I used to use a basic handheld mixer which processed it perfectly. This machine doesn't even come close to the strength of the handheld mixer. Lastly the shredding attachment is embarrassingly horrible. It doesn't actually shred, it just makes a massive mess. Very poor design, weak motor, flimsy attachments, a nightmare to clean, overhyped brand and overpriced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product stopped working less than one month after purchase.
I'm currently awaiting a replacement but if I had the option, I would have preferred to go with a different brand completely. Very disappointed.

This product is excellent for processing all the bigger parts of a smoothie. It gets used each week. It is easy to use. It is easy to clean. It is small and compact enough to leave on bench top.

I bought this a month ago and I use it if recipe requires ingredients using food processors. I would prefer this in white colour to match with my white stand mixer. I only want smaller in size and the other white food processors are too big for me.
