Perfect for homemade baby food !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I had been wanting to make my youngest baby food instead of store bought. I have a blender but it didn't work as well as I'd like. So I was thinking about a food processor. Before I never thought I needed one but now that I have one I wish I would have gotten it sooner. It comes with the unit itself (I chose red because it matches our kitchen decor.) 2 blades and a instruction manual which was very helpful since I've never used a processor before and was kind of lost. I really like the look/design of it. Goes perfect in our kitchen. I couldn't be happier with the ease of using it. It is not difficult at all like I had imagined. Besides using it to make puree baby food I have used it to make salad, crush cookies to make truffles & also crush peppermint when I make peppermint covered pretzels for family functions. It has 3 speeds which work out great. The lid latches on easily so you don't have to fight to get it on or off. Also love the feed tube in the lid so you can feed stuff in as you're going. Overall very pleased with this processor. It is the perfect size, cuts, dices & purees with ease. So far I haven't found any cons besides i didn't get one sooner. I feel good knowing I can make baby food and know exactly what is in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this food processor. It does everything it says it can do very well. It slices, dices and chops very well. The blades are very sharp as well. I really like that I can put the pieces in the dishwasher so cleanup is a breeze.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received mine as a Christmas gift. I had problems with the original unit and contacted Kitchenaid. They had a new unit to me in no time! The food processor is a perfect size for me since I have limited mobility. Looks awesome as well! It’s easy to use, the bowl and lid can only go on one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use that my 6 year granddaughter was able to help me make humus from scratch. Easy to assemble and easy to clean. I also used it to chop up jalapeños and onions. Perfect size for all of us. Color perfect match to my other appliances.

It is just as pictured, and I am really looking forward to start using this food processor. I love homemade salsa, soups, sauces, etc, but all I've ever had before is a mini so now let the cooking/processing begin!

Good Size. Questionable Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own a much larger food processor as well and wanted something a little more manageable. This definitely fits that bill. Easy to get in and out of my cabinets and easy to cleanup. My issue is with the power of this device. If the ingredients were relatively soft it worked well and did what I expected, but if the ingredients were somewhat firm (some raw vegetables) the blade had issues chopping completely. I was left with some very large chunks that I had to remove and manually chop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for saving time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my 7 cup food processor on yesterday and couldn't wait to put it to use! The first thing I noticed was the beautiful red color of it. It is much bigger than I expected, but still small enough to store without taking up too much space and not heavy. The instructions made it seem difficult to put together, so I just put it together on my own and it took me just a couple of minutes. My onions, cucumbers and tomatoes were a perfect cut for my salad and I saved a lot of time. This is my very first time ever using a food processor and I am pleased with the outcome. I will definitely be using it on a daily basis!
