KitchenAid to the rescue!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Who can I High Five around here?!? I recently purchased the KitchenAid Food Processor after having three other brands fail to meet my needs. To begin, the (lack of) noise is a blessing considering I’m able to use this machine while my little one is sleeping. HUGE!
I also enjoy how low the blades are. This is important for things such as humus. My previous brands had the blade placed too high and I wasn’t able to get a good mix on my tahini.
Finally, I enjoy the ease in which I connect the bowl and lid so I can start processing the food. I don’t have to make sure I rotate the bowl, then rotate the lid to lock everything in, and then press the button.
If I’m allowed to be picky, the one thing I would change is for the power cord to be retractable. I’m able to wrap it around the bottom, but other brands I used recently had the ability for the cord to retract into the base of the machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find that the size of the bowl is big enough to hold a good amount of food, and the food processor fits pretty well on the kitchen counter: however, some of the slices of cucumber did not get shredded, also, the blade did not seem as sharp as the one that came with my old mini processor that I had( adapted from the blender). In addition, there are only two setting basically: high and low, with ice crush and pulse. Overall, it was a good purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was very excited to get this but the motor switch quit working after only 3 uses. Really liked how it did perform when the switch was working. I did get another one so we'll see how this one runs.
