Great value for my money

Am I Doing Something Wrong?

I just bought this food processor. It did a great job with the S-blade chopping walnuts. But when I put the shredder blade on and tried to shred some apples, it did not feed down into the blade much. The apples stayed on top of the blade. The pushed did not go down far enough to make the apple feed into the shredder blade. Am I doing something wrong?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

None can compare to the size, ease and cleanup! Thanks KitchenAid for a valuable tool in making my life easier.

Very disappointing

I used this item two times and it broke. My whole kitchen (range with oven and wall oven, refrigerator, warmer drawer, and dishwasher are all KithenAid and I love those appliances.

Amazing gadget

Awesome It's better than Black & Decker's

Even on low speed it performed better than Black & Decker's Food Processor or any of their other 10 cent products. I would recommend Kitchen Aid products over several popular name brand products. Pureed real Pineapple not imitation, to blend into a Pineapple Cake with Pineapple Frosting, made it for my elderly neighbor lady for her daughter.

Hadn't expected it to be a disposable

This food processor quit working after less than a year.
It also did a poor job of pureeing. And was very, very loud
Absolutely not worth the money. Not worth any money.
