Poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a year ago, used less than 20 times in total. About 3 or 4 months ago a screw fell off from the handle in the dishwasher( top rack) which made it impossible to turn on. I only used it for like 5 times back then so I contacted KitchenAid, they sent me a new bowl without returning the broken one back which made me very happy and since then I want to use it as much as possible. I used it to shred carrots and cheddar cheese mainly. A few days ago, after shredding a quarter block cheese, it stopped working. Nothing weird, I tried a few more times after that and it just wouldn’t turn on. Then I checked my warranty, it’s already one week past...so sad, I really want to like it but now I can’t trust the quality of this brand. Not even sure if I should get those attachments that were on my wishing list for my mixer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received the 7 cup food processor for Christmas and used it the next day. It made my meal prep so fast easy. It chopped veggies perfectly.

Love my new Kitchen Aid Food Processor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best food processor I have ever owned. Wish I would have had it when all of the kids were still at home. This bad boy can take on all the big jobs. I love that I can take my home grown tomatoes in the summer time and make massive amounts of salsa for my family and friends. Another plus is that I have quit buying packaged shredded cheese and am now grating it in the food processor. So much better than the packaged stuff. This one is actually powerful enough to handle grating cheese. I think the possibilities are endless and I am anxious to try other things. I love all of my Kitchen Aid products.
