First of all I'm impressed with how fast I received this product. That being said, I thought I loved my previous processor (another brand) but this is hands down better. Love that it has just enough weight that it doesn't need suction cup feet but not too heavy. I have used this to slice and shred and absolutely love the job it does. Totally awesome and will definitely recommend this to my family and friends. It is also very easy to clean after use. If you are debating buying this - choose yes - I did and am very happy I did!

Stopped working after 6 months

I bought this in july used it a handful of times and it just stopped working. It turns on but motor will not engage

I bought my first one a year ago. After the first use the bowl cracked so I took it back and got a new one. Yesterday it stopped working so my husband went and got a new one this morning because he is trying to make a dip. The new one was out of the box for less than five minutes and after hitting the pulse button twice it stopped working. Took it back to the store 15 minutes after getting g home. I loved my stand mixer so a kitchen aide was a no brainer. This has left me disappointed. Husband is currently out getting a different brand because this one is unreliable and a waste of our time at this point. Save your money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Food Pusher Durability

My daughter bought this item last Dec 30 2020 and the processor works excellently. However food pusher is not durable when it accidentally fell from kitchen table and the food pusher was broken.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Short lifespan

I was gifted this food processor 2 years ago by my partner and used it often for veggies, sauces, dough, etc. I loved it until it burned out on me this week. This brand is known for being the best and these products are supposed to be well-made and durable enough to last at least 5 years (especially considering the price!) I am disappointed that a product from this company only have a 2 year lifespan. I would love to recommend the product to my followers for its performance, but cannot in good conscience due to its lifespan. I will have to look elsewhere for more durability, but am very sad to leave this product behind!
