Just getting started

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used the blade to process lentils, tofu, and quinoa for vegetarian meatballs. It did a great job and was an easy clean up. Next will be shredding and slicing for salads and coleslaw.

Needs tweeking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received as a gift. Worked great the first four times I used it especially when mixing dry ingredients, incorporating butter & making dough. But this last time I was making a thicker stickier dough and it stopped working!!!! Troubleshooting was of no benefit. I am very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Food Processor but No Option for Replacements

I purchases this product over year ago and moved from my state. The bowl was damaged and I have not been able to find a replacement bowl. It is very disappointing.

Broke after 3 uses

Used it 3 times and the gear that spins the blade stripped out. They do not sell replacement parts will never buy kitchen aid again.

Needs improvement, but works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered this online. While it does seem to work well, it's louder than our prior and the quality seems lower. The insert for the feeder doesn't lock in place and falls out if you open the lid and forget to remove it first. I do like the reversible blade in terms of storage.

Great chopper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Hamilton Beach chopper that was one of the most challenging appliances to use that I've ever had. As a result of this experience, I was skeptical when I bought this chopper but it is incredible and so easy to use. Love it!!!
