Used it today for the first time, just love this little thing. Soooo easy to use, to clean, no twisting the lid and bowl, and my arthritic wrists and fingers are happy. It has great power, just love it. I was hesitant because of the cost, but now glad I did, well worth the $$$. Thank you Kitchenaid for a simple design, but powerful blender.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just recently bought this and have used it a couple of times. It is so quiet compared to my old Black N Decker. And so easy to use! I love how easy it is to open the lid! Highly recommend!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am just sorry I waited so long to buy it. I have the mixer, pasta attachment and the food grinder.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this little processor to make pistachio flour and tart crust so far. It’s doing everything I need it to and doing it well. Easy to clean and take everything apart. Was even able to get my husband to understand how the pieces fit together.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had a few chances to use since I received my food processor as a gift a month ago. I like the size of it — not too big. There are just two of us in my household, so most of the time I’m not cooking for a big family. But even when I made a double batch of salsa verde for some meats I was serving a group of 12, I filled it to capacity and made so much that we only got through half of it (and everyone loved it!)
I only have the basic model so it only comes with the regular double blade and the slicing & grating disc. But I love that boy fit in the canister when storing. I hate having to find storage space that is safe for appliance accessories in my kitchen. So I’m glad that’s not the case with this one.
My concern at first with this processor was that it doesn’t “sound” like a very strong motor compared to it’s competitors. So I was afraid of it not doing the job well. But, I must admit, it has done pretty well, despite it being a quieter appliance. So far I have made salsas, chopped garlic and grated white and hard sweet potatoes, and have been pleased with the results. My only complaint is that when using the grating disc, the top nub of the potatoes got caught in between the disc and the lid of the canister. So I had to stop in between each potato to remove the 1/4” nub before continuing with the next potato — thus the loss of one star.
