[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how everything stores inside, the flip lid, and how the bowl just sets on ...no twisting and lining tabs up
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because it looked like a quality product. And after using it for a couple of months now, it lives up to its looks. All the parts fit together with very satisfying precision. And, the processor has a very heavy duty feel to it. I use this processor strictly for chopping vegetables. I steam them for several minutes so they remain pretty hard when they come out of the steamer. It's time consuming to chop them by hand for this reason. But, with this processor I can chop them in a minute, saving me a lot of time. It worth every penny.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am glad that I bought this processor. It is a little bigger than I needed for my small countertop in my RV. It does the job!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this food processor. Everything is dishwasher safe. It did stop working 8 months after purchase. Customer service was great, they sent me a new one within a few days, it came with a postage paid label to mail it back.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It stopped working the 2nd time I used it! I was grating cheese and it just shut off, no warning or indication whatsoever. I made a service appointment online and it was cancelled the day of the appointment hours after waiting and the scheduled time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first one I got wasn't as snazzy as my new one. The blade and grater are very sharp. It's shreds cheese so quick. Chops meat very well. Oh and slicing potatoes are now a breeze. Thank you for this awesome processor guys
We received this processor for last Christmas. Finally opened it and made salsa today. Charcoal grilled all the veggies and in they went. Made awesome salsa. Easy clean up.
I bought this food processor because I love my KitchenAid Mixer. I am very unimpressed! This chopper has two major design flaws. First, the dome shaped lid traps food when trying to shred things like cabbage, onions and peppers. Okay, more like purees them rather than shred. It is also awkward to use. I would prefer a screw top lid like my old one. Second, the food pusher is two separate pieces. I accidently put the pusher in upside down and the sphere pusher went into the blade. I had to dump out everything and start over because there were shards of plastic in my food. The sphere pusher should lock into the larger pusher or it should just be one piece altogether. I'm not sure why they did this. You have to use both so food doesn't fly everywhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
