[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For years have been using a 3 cup processor ( just not big enough) and an 11 cup model (too heavy, gave to my daughter). This 7 cup model is the right size and weight.

Perfect size, still compact

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like many people, counter space is usually at a premium, especially when actively cooking in the kitchen. This 7 cup food processor gives you a good size capacity while not taking up a ton of space on the counter top. As with all the Kitchenaid small appliances I've used, it works great on large or small batches.

My project was less stressful to prep and make. Love it! Already prepping for next creation!

Amazing product and amazing customer service

I bought this product `1 year back and i did encounter some minor cosmetic issues. but the customer service was amazing they acknowledged and offered replacement quite immediately. almost at the end of the 12th month, the product kinda stopped working but customer service came to my rescue again and fixed it with no hassle. Kitchen aid is amazing product we all know but their service was quite outstanding. Highly recommend

Great, but I need a part that can't be found

I love this food processor. I has been used many times, but the center column that the blades slide onto melted in the dish washer and can't be used. I've been hunting for this part for a while and can't find it anywhere, even on the Kitchen Aid website.
