Nice size processor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice food processor. I've used it a couple times and it's the perfect size for our family. It was easy to assemble, operate and clean. We made Strawberry puree to put on our ice cream and coleslaw so far and they both came out perfect. This will definitely be getting a lot of use. Makes cooking so much easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We own several items from kitchenaid and this 7 cup food processor is our latest add. We love eating salsa and that was the first thing we made when we got this. The perfectly chopped salsa was delicious and the food processor was super easy to use and clean when done. I think the best part was how minimal the sound was, unlike others that are way too loud and bulky for the countertop. I’m excited to have this tool in the kitchen to make chopping or mixing a lot easier. I plan to try out cookie dough for the kids soon! If you are in the market for a food processor this is the one for you!! KitchenAid is awesome and we will forever be loyal customers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am the predominant food preparer in my house. I have a few KitchenAid appliances in my house and all of them deliver. This food processor is no different. Powerful, smooth running and not massive so it's easy to store away when not in use.

Large capacity and very efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first large food processor and I am very impressed. I like to made a good southern biscuit every Sunday morning which I have been making by hand for years. Last weekend, I decided I would try to cut the butter into the flour using the food processor. I was blown away at how quickly just a few pulses got the flour mixture just right. These were the best biscuits I have ever made. Same recipe as always, but using the food processor was a game changer for me. I am looking forward to using this with other recipes as well.

Easy slicing and shredding!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used the food processor to slice and shred vegetables so far. It is easy to use and makes the job of prepping vegetables so much easier that using a knife. The lid has a tight seal and latches securely. Switching between slicing and shredding is easy, just need to flip the disc over. Cleaning the processor after use is easy and takes little effort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can not believe How easy this is to use. I would have bought one a long time ago , If I had understood exactly what it was used for. I use a lot of cheese, and grading them is no fun, This processor grated the cheese in less than 15 seconds. It cuts, chops, minces and a whole lot more. It comes with 2 blades, directions and a quick info card about the different blades and what they are used for, It is easy to assemble and take apart to clean. I took the top off of the machine with the leftover cheese in it and stored it in the refrigerator. I am going to get so many uses out of this machine. If you are thinking about getting one, GET IT. You will love it. The only thing iI had a problem with was when I went to dry the blade. I cut myself, So be careful, It is really sharp. That was my bad, not the I should have known it was sharp.

Good Mid Size Food Processor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I knew this KitchenAid 7 Cup Food Processor would be a quality product, but I didn't know I would still be on the lookout for a decent cheese shredder. So far I have chopped onions, celery, carrots, cabbage, and nuts without any major issues. I will admit that my onions and celery were chopped/minced a lot finer then what I was going for. But I imagine that was user error and not the processor messing up. However, shredding cheese is a no go. I still prefer the metal(slice your knuckles off if your not careful) shredder. I realized with a normal 8 ounce block of cheese, cutting it in half will not fit the small opening on top of the bowl. Quartering the block of cheese does fit thru the top though. But this machine is NOT made for shredding cheese. I have tried over and over, and its not possible. The cheese more like crumbles and then clumps back together, which is kind of a let down. With everything else I have chopped up, this KitchenAid Processor has done a good job. It looks sleek, compact, and modern. I like that the extra attachment nests inside the bowl for easy storage. The processor is a tad louder than my last one, maybe it has more power. All in all, I would rate it as a good food processor.
