[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't tell you how many times I fussed at my old food processor before snagging my new KitchenAid one. Flour, sugar and other loose baking products would fly out because the container would not seal properly. I absolutely love this one as it does exactly what it states... chops, grinds and cleans up easily. Thank you, KitchenAid.

Potatoes, garlic, spinach, sauces, purees really anything you can think about. The feeder opening is safe and big. Cleaning is easy if you do it right away. This is my new helper that is busy every day! Recommended!

Time to get rid of my chopper and blender!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 7 cup food processor does it all! It blends, chops, and purées food and with the help of the included disc, you can also slice or finely grate food. It essentially eliminates my food chopper and blender. The food processor saves me so much time on food preparation since it cuts everything within seconds! Best of all, it’s so easy to use!
The food processor is designed with safety in mind! The lid latch is a little hard to open and close and secures the lid to the work bowl at all times. The feed tube is long and the food pushers help to push food closer to the disc. During use, your fingers will never be anywhere near any of the sharp blades. I love that the blade and disc can safely be stored inside the work bowl while not in use.
The slicing, grating, and chopping function works best when the vegetables and fruits are fresh and crisp. For the chop, purée, and blend function it is best to use at least 1/2 cup of food at a time so the blades can properly and thoroughly process the food.
All of the parts are easy to clean. There are not a lot of nooks and crannies, and most of them are rounded, so no food residue will get stuck in any of the hard to reach corners. I prefer to hand wash each and every part but the parts are also dishwasher safe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kitchen aide really lives up to its reputation with this 5-cup food processor. It shreds nicely and chops and slices in even pieces. The sleek black color fits perfectly with my kitchen colors. The blades store nicely inside the unit which is really a great feature. I have had a 3-cup food processor in the past but this is by far a plus.

Grest for making sauces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like making my own tomato sauces and my special hot dog sauce. I've been wanting a food processor for a while and i am glad i got this one. It work great on puree and chopping. The clean up is super easy. Just rinse of with soapy water or put into the dish washer.
