Just the Right Volume, Just the Right Texture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start with admitting the fact that I am shamefully HARD on food processors. I’ve gone through quite a few relationships with them that either ended in warped slicers or eventual gapping/mal-fitting lids… which, I might add, can be maddening when immediately needed. The right food processor is fantastic and saves hours in manual prep labor. We all know the incorrect one can not only waste raw ingredients but time and patience - leaving a mess and pizza orders.
Finally I feel like we have picked the right one! This 7 cup Kitchenaid is not only the right size for literally everything I need it for, but the blade configurations allow for both the correct texture and the perfect slice thickness. I was able to grate zucchini for a bread recipe that, for years, I did by hand to get the correct grate size, and, of course, powered through chickpeas for a lovely flourless chocolate brownie recipe with turned out the fluffiest I’ve had. There’s really nothing it can’t do that you would find yourself needing in a kitchen setting. As a nice bonus, this easy clean monster even takes up less of my counter space… Let’s just say it’s so fast to clean that even my other mini processor I pull out for small projects will be biting the “bullet.”

Food Prep Is A Breeze

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is a good quality product made by a reputable company. Kitchen Aid never disappoints.
This food processor is not too big or bulky. All the accessories fit together nicely so it’s easy to store in the cabinet.
We used it to make smoothies and finely chop onions and also for a few other food prep items. All the pieces went into the dishwasher so clean up was easy. This food processor is not
noisy either.
With 3 speeds you can purée,chop,etc
This food processor is a great addition to your kitchen to help make food prep easier for all your recipes. I recommend this product. You will not be disappointed.

Finally, smooth hummus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never owned a food processor until now. I love hummus, and because some of my family can't handle garlic, I have always made my own. I have a very nice blender, and the recipe indicates you can use either. In my blender the procedure was always "pulse, scrape, repeat" and it felt like it took forever. In this processor, it was "dump, run until it's smooth, eat." I am very happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Kitchen Aid 7 Cup food processor and I'm so glad I did. It's great to make dips and chops anything you'd like to chop up. I especially wanted it to try out making some baby food and it works great! It puréed wonderfully and so smooth just the consistency I hope for. One of the features is the lid and handle are attached which leaves no mess! Oh and I love the fact that this particular food processor is so easy to clean!! It's fast at making whatever you are using it for and fast clean up which is why I wanted this Kitchen Aid food processor. It's not too big and bulky and not too small it's the perfect size to do any job in preparing whatever you decide to use it for. You will not be disappointed I promise you! It will be a purchase you will not regret and well worth every Penny. Kitchen Aid is a brand that you can count on to last for years!! I use mine regularly and I just love it!

Awesome Empire Red Food Processor

Got this food processor one month ago and I am happy with it so far. It slices well. Looking forward to using it for many other applications. Can't wait to make homemade salsa too! No issues at all. It runs like a top. Love the Empire Red. It matches my 8 quart tilt stand mixer and Empire Red toaster. Thanks Kitchen Aid.

Serious chopper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid 7 cup food processor is a serious tool in the kitchen. The motor.is strong enough to make quick work.of chopping and slicing. Very simple straightforward operation. The included slicing blade makes very thin slices. The chopping and grating blades do their job very quickly. The design of this product also makes cleanup after use very simple. The only thing I would like different is a little larger feed tube, but it is definitely not a deal breaker.

Great addition to my kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first food processor that I’ve owned. I’m still learning how to use it, but it’s quickly becoming my favorite kitchen tool. I was able to create perfectly sliced zucchini and squash in a matter of seconds. I also used it to dice some veggies for a stir fry dish and make homemade pesto with fresh herbs. The 7 cup size is plenty big for a family of 4. It has 3 speeds and can chop, shred, dice and purée. It’s so much faster then cutting everything by hand. Not sure how I made it so long without a food processor in my life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this item as a free sample in exchange for an honest review. For most part, it's alright, works good as most food processor. The multi-purpose blade works great for general home use but is not recommended if you need the food to be tiny like flour or powder. Not sure if I used it wrong, the slice/shred blade doesn't works very good for me, or maybe it's just not I need. I have to cut the food thin enough to let it go through the intake tube, but then the pieces come out is too small. Not recommend unless you want slice or shred something thick such as onions or tomatoes because you have to cut them thin enough to fit through the tube, but it's good for some stick like item such as cucumber, carrots. Overall not too bad as a general simple home use food processor. Feels like the material quality is pretty good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
