I brought this for the extra capacity.
However couple of comments.
My very old one, different brand, had an extra flat lid. This was great when not using the funnel ie less bits to wash etc.
Also the grater and slicer attachments need to be higher and closer to the funnel as there seems to be a bit of wastage. Gets to a point when the vegetables do not remain verticial and just go around in circles.
Also the old one you were able to grate to a side containter.

Bought this a year ago and has been amazing for our young family. Did have an issue where the mix bowl got a heap of hairline fractures in it and the mid power button stopped working however a single call to Kitchenaid and they sent out a replacement within 2 weeks.

I love it. Very light weight & very quiet when it's running. Best thing is sore everything in side of container so that I can store in my cupboard and when I need to use I just take machine out. I don't have to look for a slider/slice. Fantastic products.

I had already purchased a KitchenAid stand mixer for baking however needed a food processor and this little gem.crossed my path. I love it as it is so easy to use! It is very easy to clean and it contains all the cutting blades inside the bowl for easy storage. I look forward to many more uses that I will discover about this device. I feel it is ery good value for.money!
