I love this appliance - it not only chops, it blends also. Great quality and lots of little perks (like cord storage) so it’s more compact in my cabinet. I’m a kitchen aid fan!!

I've had so-so food choppers that I stopped using, but this one is meeting my expectations and even with my early usage, it's saving me time. I am happy with this product. However, I'm a little concerned with the durability of the plastic container. I will find over time if my fear is warranted, but I'm hoping KitchenAid will have replacement containers if needed.
ALSO: I had to return an incorrect model and found the KitchenAid Help Desk was VERY GOOD, which says a lot to me about commitment to their products. I was happy to discover that.
