[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me a few minutes, even after reading the instructions, to figure out how to get the top off and back on again. After figuring that out I’ve had no further issues with it. It works great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased two weeks ago and only used once so far but very pleased! The food processor is easy to use, processed the food item very well and the small footprint is great for my small counter space.

Poorly Designed

I was really excited to have found this food processor, but have been disappointed with it. I used the whisking disk to mix some instant pudding and the pudding went below this disk, filled up the inside of the black cylinder that holds the disk, then went down the hollow center piece of the bowl and collected around the center shaft on the motor itself. It was a MESS! And so incredibly difficult to clean up into the black cylinder, inside the hollow center piece, etc. And there was only about 1 1/2 cups of pudding in the container, so it is not like it should have been overflowing. It was very disappointing since I had such high hopes for this processor. Also, if for any reason, you take the container off (with the blade/whisk attachment still in place) and then decide you want to attach it back to the motor to mix again, it is virtually impossible to line it up again so you can get it back on the base.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought a now mini-chopper, but this more than that. Whipped up some great pesto in it using the chopper instead of my big food processor. Worked like a charm.

In the middle of the small one and large processor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a Mother’s Day gift. I have used it multiple times and think that it is great. I also own a miniature one which is only good for herbs and onions or garlic. The large one is great but I think I will be using this one more. 5 stars.

Great tool, poor quality

We purchased this model January 2019. We were so excited about the smaller size and got rid of our older food processor that we had for over 16 years. We only used this one about once every two weeks. But last time we used it, the push button on the handles did not work. A connection is lost somewhere, but it is not obvious to us where. After only 1 year and 4 months, it doesn't work.
Now we wish we still had to old one, which was a very good quality.
