After a 5 hour drive, I immediately applied this to where I was having some pain on my shoulder and I was impressed by how much pain reduction there was. I could barely feel the pain. It was fast pain relief. I applied it directly to the skin for two sets of 3 minutes (2 mins apart) and pain gone. This is chronic pain I have on a daily basis so any relief is huge.
