Absolutely saved my foot!

Ok so I bought this for my fiancé who’s got a lot of knee pain but of course he doesn’t use it! Totally fine bc it saved my foot! I was out for a run one day & rolled my foot on the edge of the sidewalk & of course kept running! Went about my day & it seemed to be ok but then the pain started; I couldn’t walk on it without crying! I soaked my foot in ice water & drenched it in cbd oil but what I think truly helped was the red light therapy! I followed the rules & used it for only 5 minutes every 5 hours and that night I was able to walk on it with minimal pain! The next day I could squat 185 for reps! I kept using it just as precautionary & my foot hasn’t had a problem since! I love this thing! It’s easy to use & compact, it turns off on its own so if I’m not watching the time it’s ok, it definitely helps & I use it every time anything hurts! I’ve even used it on skin wounds & it seems to have helped that heal faster too! Affordable & it works! I’d highly recommend this product!

Being a recent purchase, it's s early to give an assessment regarding effectiveness. However over the past few days of consistent use I've noticed less pain and inflammation of a lingering ankle injury.
