Good solid and sturdy product that has thus far provided good results after using it for the third time. I have some chronic knee pain from old sports injuries and arthritis. At first I was not fully convinced it would work. After a few sessions today I was able to go on a longer walk with less pain and work out on my recumbent bike for 20 minutes.

Has different types of light all in one easy to use device. I've not bought light therapy because I was hesitant of the type of device I wanted because i didnt want to buy something i wouldnt use much. Now, a torch is super easy to use and versatile. No questions asked; purchased immediately.
