This light is really awesome I used it once on my hurting knee and after the session was over the pain went away. I think it worked. I felt warmth on my skin. It comes with two big chargeable batteries, a charger, glasses for infrared light and a case to put everything so you can take it anywhere you go. I do recommend..

So far - I really have appreciated having this little device with me on the go. I can use it at work, traveling,etc. and helps diminish symptoms of plantar fascitis, etc.

I haven't been using it long, but it already seems to help with knee and ankle pain at the end of the day. The small portable size will be nice for travel and I love the rechargeable batteries!
