[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Mattel Jurassic World Rebirth Distortus Rex is a fantastic figure for fans of the franchise's new "villain" dinosaur. The sculpt is highly detailed and captures the unsettling, asymmetrical look of the creature from the movie. The "Rumble 'N Rampage" features are a highlight, with a button for an intimidating head rumble, and a twisting tail that triggers a swinging arm attack and a chomp and roar. It's a large, imposing toy that feels durable and is great for play. My only minor criticism would be the paint application on some of the smaller details, but for a mainline figure, it's very well done. The addition of the "Jurassic World Play App" compatibility with the tracking code on the foot is a cool bonus that adds a digital element to the play experience. Overall, it's a must-have for any serious Jurassic World toy collector.

Big hit with my 7 yr old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the details, the roar, and the movement are so realistic! My 7 year old is obsessed with it and has already created countless dinosaur battles and adventures. It’s sturdy, well made, and keeps him entertained for hours.
However, my 2 year old wants nothing to do with it the lifelike roar and size are a little too much for him right now 😅 perfect for older kids who love dinosaurs, this is a dream toy. Just be prepared that younger ones might find it a bit too realistic!

My son received it on the same day we went to see Jurassic World Rebirth, and the timing couldn’t have been better—he was already buzzing with excitement, and this toy kept the adventure going long after the credits rolled.
Right out of the box, the Distortus Rex impresses with its imposing size and detail. The sculpting captures every menacing scale, tooth, and claw, giving it a lifelike quality that immediately draws attention. The paintwork is excellent, with subtle shading and texture that make it feel like it’s straight off the big screen. It’s a visually striking piece that can double as a display model when it’s not in action-packed play.
What truly sets this toy apart are its interactive features. The Rumble ‘N Rampage design includes a dynamic Slash Attack—a fun and satisfying motion that allows kids to recreate fierce battle scenes. Big, loud, and feature-packed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is pretty awesome. It is big, detailed, and packed with cool features. There’s a button on its tail that makes it bite down, roar, and shake its head like crazy, and if you twist the tail, the whole body does a thrashing motion, which is perfect for dino battles.
It’s super poseable too. You can have it stand up on its back legs to look extra intimidating, or drop down to all fours and use all its “big arms”. The left arm even has its own attack motion, which is a fun touch. The detail on this thing is great; creepy in the best way, and it really feels like the powerful creature from Jurassic World Rebirth.
Kids will have a blast with it, and honestly, it’s fun for adults too. Tons of action, super sturdy, and just an all-around cool toy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can't go wrong with these dinosaurs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is a huge dino guy and he said the only thing that he did not like about this one is that his mouth does not stay closed. He rather it have a button to push so that his mouth opens just like the other dinos that he has. The size is pretty nice and just like other mattel toys, it is sturdy and well made with not so cheap materials.

Distortus Rex Is So Much Fun!

The details are so realistic, from the textured skin to the fierce teeth, and the roars sound just like in the movie. It’s scary in the best way, which makes playtime exciting and fun. The toy is very durable and not flimsy at all — it’s held up perfectly even with daily play. Perfect for kids ages 4 and up who love dinosaurs. Highly recommend this one for any Jurassic World fan!
