Squeals of delight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right after he opened it, he started jumping up and down and spinning in circles! "This is just what I wanted! I need this for my dinosaurs. I love it!" Again, Mattel has come through with another hit for my household.

Fun Twist on a Standard RC Car!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son has been very keen on RC cars for the last couple years. Once a month or so, we have the "RC Extravaganza" in our driveway. This entails gathering every RC car we have in our house and driving them like mad men to the chagrin of our neighbors.
This Jurassic World RC Truck held it's own in the Extravaganza. It's not too fast, which allows a five-year old to accurately control it. The trap mechanism on the front is fun, not only for capturing the included dino, but anything else my son could find that would fit. And then it has the small bed in the back that was used for hauling around things.
My only complaint is that the vehicle takes a handful of AA batteries and the control takes a single AAA. I wish at least the truck was rechargeable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Super cool toy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very cool toy! My son was super excited once he realized the truck was remote controlled! Held his attention for HOURS! Only issue the jeep will only work well on smooth surfaces. Other than that great quality and would make a great gift.

Great for imaginative play

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Matchbox Jurassic World RC has been a fun addition for my kids. It's a nice size vehicle that has been easily incorporated into their imaginative play. It's big enough to use with many different figures and play sets which encourages open-ended play but not so much that it takes up valuable playroom storage. The remote has been somewhat difficult to control which has caused some frustration. It's very small and can be a struggle for little hands. I may put up the remote control until they are a little older and more experienced with RC vehicles.

Fun toy idea but requires too many batteries!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great remote control toy that kept my children busy and interested for a while. We played with it at home and it was fun setting up the dinosaur in order for the truck to capture it. It took a few tries before we figured out how to maneuver the remote to control the truck to catch the dinosaur. We also had to keep manually resetting the black part that traps the dinosaur. It isn’t automatic. This toy is a great and fun idea but it requires too many batteries. You will need 5 double AA batteries for the truck and 2 triple AAA batteries for the remote. It would be better if the toy came with a rechargeable cord or port. I would not recommend this toy because you will have to change the batteries often if you want to play every day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a perfect RC toy for my 5 year old son who loves Dino toys more than any other these days. As soon as he got the same, he opened it straight away, asked me to fix some stuff like batteries and then, it was no stopping him. Coming to the operational part, the toy is easy to operate and can work good on hardwood floor although haven't tried it on carpet floor as yet. Now a days, kids use so much of RV toys that they are sort of expert on which button to press or how to move it. Coming to the looks, it is definitely very good and sort of how a Dino catcher would look.
He is using it a lot and even inviting his friends to play with it. So, from a parent point of view, this toy definitely holds his interest for long hours. I would recommend this toy for sure and not to forget, it has a very good build quality.

Hours of fun, chasing dinosaurs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boys absolutely love this remote control car! Vehicle is very fast. Boys were running all through the house trying to “Catch the dinosaur”. Wish the handheld remote had an off switch, always on makes the batteries die.

So much fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been such a hit! I work from home, and my young son has to keep himself busy during my meetings. This has entertained him for hours! It’s bigger than most RC cars, and the fact that it’s a truck makes it extra cool. It does go through batteries quickly, but it’s worth it for the entertainment value. We haven’t mastered the dinosaur capture mechanism, but he’s mostly interested in driving the truck around.
