I have been using this kettle since I purchased it this month. Up until I noticed a corroded area in the kettle, I was pleased with the elegant look.

Upgraded with no regrets

This kettle replaced my beloved kettle by another brand. I selected the Fellow to add the gooseneck spout and the upgraded aesthetics to my beverage counter. Although the pour is slower than I would like for tea it is perfect for pour over coffee. The time to heat, quiet heating at boil, and stay hot time are wonderful.

Looks great, aside from the wood handle being much darker than the marketing photos. That's what you're paying for here. The knob is feels very cheap, and there is no app connectivity for temperature and scheduling. Scheduling is also very limited (once or daily). The description says it can OTA receive updates, but I don't see how.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a month ago and it was a huge improvement on our little coffee station. The only thing is that it makes a lot of noise, other than that I love it. I love the design and how quickly it reaches the desired temperature :)

The handle is TERRIBLE. It was only out for a few minutes before it was covered in dust and debris. And I found it impossible to clean. I put it in the garbage room the same day. Unbelievable that this wasn’t caught in testing.
