The item was shipped by the retailer very poorly. Box was open and parts had to be put back in the box by delivery team. Only damage was the control panel became dislodged. Fortunately, I am capable of fixing myself and did not need to send back. Not installed yet, but it does blow fine.

Nice Product with installation issue

the range hood is is great, nice looking , well made and seems to work as expected.... I had assumed since it was wall mount that it would have a back exhaust option. It does not, so we bought a stainless chimney vent cover to go to our ceiling. The hanging bracket is a little over 1/4 to long so the shelf doesn't sit on stainless backsplash.. It leaves an over 1/4 gap under the shelf,so you can see the mounting bracket and it looked terrible. My husband took it all down and had to cut the mounting bracket down so the shelf would meet the back splash (the bracket sits on the top of the backsplash ledge. I would have given this amazing range hood a 5 star if it was not for the bracket being the wrong size.

Just got our appliances almost a month after we bought them. Turn on happy about delivery time. Haven't experiencing any else but that?

Forno 30” Hood

Installation wasn’t bad, but we love the product. Arrival time of product was annoying considering it came from a distance if about 90 miles.
