The left motor is very loud

Just installed not too long ago and never really had a chance to use it yet, so not much to comment. But when we turn it on at Level 4 (the highest level) the left motor makes a very loud noise as if the motor is loose.

This is a very beautiful range, however mine did not come with backsplash. Lovely range hood otherwise, great functionality and the multiple vent locations is great.
