It's louder than you think. But it needs to be to pull that much air. Make sure you plan for 2 - 6" ducts coming out of the house or you won't get the airflow listed. Also, you need a source of make-up air, or you will "suction" the house and get less output.

“Super product”

Just got this installed by my contractor. I was surprised by the noise level. It was so much quieter than I thought it would be. It has a light, and four levels to use, and I got the extended chimney. I have a vaulted ceiling so I had to buy another extension for the chimney. Seamless finish.
