Beautiful but needs help

It's a beautiful piece. The warming rack is excellent. I didn't expect how useful it would be. But: the hood is loud. And, it is not yet performing well. The left motor pulls strongly. The right motor is weak and underperforming. Also, the product came with very skimpy documentation - like, one page. Worse, it came with no instructions, recommendations or hardware for installing and routing the exhaust. We initially joined the left and right exhaust to a "T" junction and fed that out one 6 inch exhaust. The hood did virtually nothing in that config. No suction. Then we rerouted each exhaust to its own separate 6 inch tube out the house wall. This is where we are now. One motor exhausts about 1/3 the airflow as the other. We need service and are optimistic that this will be fixed.

48 inch dual motor range hood was purchased because we love to cook , however the motors dont operate as expected with limited suction should have more draw for smoke and steam

Beautiful hood

It looks nice. Control panel went out and had to be replaced after turning it on one time. Forno did replace the panel. Took some time and a lot of emails and phone calls to get it accomplished. But, works since then. It is loud. Doesn’t pull much from stove top even though it’s super loud

Does the Job

Got my range hood a week ago. It works as expected. The shelf is a great addition. My only con is that this is no timer. I just got a magnetic time to do the job, plus I away have Alexa to assist. All in all, I am happy with my purchase at this time.
