Good fridge for empty nesters.

This is a replacement fridge because the first one arrived with dented stainless steel doors due to shipping damage. It is definitely much quieter than the damaged one, which is a relief because I live in an open concept condo. Having said that, I find the ice maker to be loud. My previous refrigerator only made noise when ice cubes fell into the storage tray.The size is adequate for our requirements, but it may be too small for a family.
But I do have a concern. When we open the freezer drawer, both refrigerators make a clunking noise that makes us think something has broken. I'm not sure what that is, but hopefully Frigidaire will address it.
Overall, I am pleased with this model.

I have been thrilled with my new Frigidaire fridge! It’s a great design. So well lit and holds a lot. I can see everything which is a great change. Love having the freezer on the bottom.

I purchased this approximately a month ago, as a replacement to my previous Frigidaire that lasted forever. I purchased a new Frigidaire because I wanted to refresh my old refrigerator. Knowing that Frigidaire is one of the highest quality appliance companies out there, I did not hesitate to purchase this. Money was no issue. I could have purchased another brand, but knowing that Frigidaire is ranked as one of the best, I did not hesitate to purchase this French Door Counter-Depth Frigidaire.
Just by look alone, the french door concept is the way to go for any family. There is no need to bend down constantly looking for product when using the original style top freezer design fridges. I am 100 percent glad I went with the french door, and have no hesitation recommended everyone look into this type of space saving design.
Bottom line. A+ design and quality. The sizing is perfect for any home. Take a look at the picture I uploaded and get a sense of the beauty that will soon be yours.

Solid Choice

Good overall choice.
Counter depth sizing is unique and fits perfectly in the 32" opening in my kitchen. Other manufacturers model options were hard to determine the exact sizing. Fridigaire made it easy with an exact outside dimension information sheet.
Shelving retaining clips need to be improved as one broke off immediately when changing position. Shelving should include a butter egg and deli drawer. Had to purchase aftermarket drawers to solve the lack of OEM option.
Lighting should be provided in the freezer compartment. Freezer door closes better than other brands!

So loud!

When this refrigerator is cooling, there is a relatively loud noise from some kind of fan. Far louder than my old fridge. Because I have a small apartment this fridge is far too loud for me. What a disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

LOVE this fridge!

This is the same model we purchased for our house, and again for our condo. The bottom freezer is perfect. Large interior with adjustable shelves and side baskets. Easy to clean and the finish is beautiful. Recommended!
