Frigidaire side by side without ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with our new refrigerator. The only complaint would be the handles and the one door. The handles look like they are all scratched up and rough. I have tried cleaning them but that did not help. They feel chalky and look scratched. The one door is shorter than the other. It isn't much of a difference, just enough to notice.

Functions well so far, but exterior fit and finish is lacking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This review is for a replacement fridge. The first unit had serious fit and finish issues. The freezer door had a bulge in the middle, and the top did not line up with the fridge door top (off by a quarter inch). The door handles were seriously misaligned. At the recommended temperature settings, liquids (milk, juice) in the fridge started freezing. The replacement unit doors line up better but still is off by a few mm and the door handles are still quite visibly misaligned. But the freezing and cooling performance seems on track. It has a couple of dents on one side but since this does not seem to impede functionality and we did not want to go through another warranty replacement, we just let it be. This fridge is definitely noisier than the Samsung we had before. But we have become acclimated to the hum and are OK with it. The biggest plus is we no longer have to deal with problematic water coolers and icemakers -- this is one of the two brands that we found without either at the 26 cu.ft. capacity. So, we are settling for what seems to be the best available from a very limited choice set. This unit has been with us for just 10 days now. Time will tell if we made the right decision.

Great Value, Quiet, and Spacious Refrigerator

I really like the side-by-side design, which offers plenty of storage space and makes everything easy to organize. The stainless steel finish looks modern and high quality. It runs very quietly, and the odor control keeps the fridge fresh. The drawers do an excellent job of keeping vegetables fresh. Overall, it’s an incredible value for the price, and my tenant absolutely loves it.

26 CF Side-by-side refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is spacious, quiet and very well lit inside. The refrigerator it replaced had an additional bin in the refrigerator side. I do miss that. I love the LED lighting. I did not want an ice maker and I like the extra freezer room this gives me without it.
