How do I get a refund?

This product is flimsy and didn’t even make it 24 hours of use before the black disc in the center wouldn’t lay flat again

Best design because it sits so close to your phone and the bonus is that your phone can magnetically charge with it still attached to your phone!

Almost Perfect

I love the Luxe 4. It’s lightweight, low profile and has a super strong magnet. But...I’ve had several of my chargers that I can’t get to charge through. Which brings me to other issue. I tried to remove it so I could charge directly through the case (iPhone 16 Pro Max). The adhesive is so strong that I cracked my case trying to remove it. My only biggest regret is using the adhesive. If I could take off and on to use chargers, it would be closer to perfect. If I could charge through it without issue, I think it would be perfect. Only had it a week, so can’t speak to durability.

Seems to work alright. I'm concerned that even after just a couple of weeks one of the joints one of the joints only moves into place with manual intervention. Other than that it seems to work well. Also, the wireless charging doesn't seem to work on Android which is definitely a major disappointment.

Flimsy, overpriced, wouldn’t recommend.

First product I’ve ever tried from OhSnap and will be the last. The grip not only feels flimsy but feels cheaply made. It seems as though it’s about to break every time I use it. I have a very thin phone case from PEEL and I’m constantly having to pull the grip off of my wireless charger because it’s stuck to the charger instead of my grip. Another thing, is when used as a stand, it holds my phone up on its side with no issues but sitting my phone vertically, it constantly falls over and is not steady. I fell for the marketing. I reached out to the Support team with no luck. Can’t recommend this product.

the integrated magnetic stand I have on another case (that cost less than this product, and included the case) actually works better. this is kind of flimsy, the stand function doesn't support the phone well, falls over sometimes, and its clumsy in general to use

Great idea but....

So I am having issues with the magnet sticking to my magnet car mount and my charger by my bedside. It's a great idea if you just use the plug in chargers but the magnet comes off of my phone and sticks to the charging unit. Then it's the devil to get it unattached from the charger. I should've given it 2 stars but i like the idea just not when i use magnetic chargers.
