I think Ohsnap did a great job in replacing my blazed sunset snap grip 5. It was mailed out promptly and it didn’t take long for me to receive it. Thank you for offering a warranty on the snap grip 5.

Super thin and stylish

Definitely appreciate the style and how thin it is. The magnetic backing is very strong attaching to the phone. This is my first ever phone holder thing lol so I’m pretty happy with it so far

I love my grips. I have ordered several colors and I have been happy with them all. I had to make a warranty claim on one of my grips, and it was a easy process.

Works well. Strong magnet. If you use mag safe wireless charging feature, you have to remove it every time.

It is amazing just like my snap4 but I will say the magnet is not super strong for bigger phones when attaching it to some metal surfaces like in the gym. But overall love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Magnet isn't strong enough

It definitely is sleek and looks great, but the iPhone 17 pro max is too heavy for it--it'll stick to magnetic surfaces and then the phone will slowly slide down from its own weight. I'm bummed! I'm hopeful it works better for lighter phones, but buyers beware... not a good choice for bigger, heavier phones.

Does NOT stick to my phone

I have the Snap5 and they are basically unusable. They do NOT stick to my case and do NOT hold my phone to the snap charging mount. The ones with adhesive are 1000x better.

Doesn’t work with their car holder

I’ve loved every version of this grip and so of course I purchased their car holder. This new version 5 does not work well with their own car holder. Any slight bump and it will fall off. The magnet does not pair at all even though they are from the same company. Dissatisfied with this...All other versions worked so well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
