Disappointment w/o charger

Device has little use for me without MagSafe charging. I have arthritis in my hands and taking the device off the charger overnight or in my car limits its values great deal. This is a deal breaker and would not have purchased knowing the limitations and main festire

This grips magnet is very weak compared to my older grip when used with the car attachment. It does not hold!

No wireless charging

I love it. The only thing I don’t like is that I have to take it off to charge my phone wireless.

grip is ok it's the mount

I already sent an email, waiting for response.My brand new grip says Snap 4 but i paid full price thinking it was a 5. It actually says on my account that it's a 5.It falls off my mount EVERY. SINGLE.TIME. Hate it.Then my phone is down at my feet.Hoping there's something that can help like, was I supposed to peel that clear plastic off the center of the grip? I have no clue. But I will be changing to a different system soon as I can't go on this way, I do deliveries and need my phone accessible.thanks, Heather

Love the low Profile, but Quality and Functionality needs work

I've had my snap grip now for about 2 weeks and love how truly ultra thin it is. The magnet is also nice and strong, and I love the color.I am noticing that the coat on the outer ring is already chipping off thought - and I also don't think the outer ring is metal as advertised - so that has been a big disappointment. The other issue I keep running into is the the grip constantly gets jammed and I have to manually adjust to fold it back down.
