Miss the adhesive

I love ohsanp products. I have been following this brand for a while and have purchased most of their products. So I was excited to see that this snap was adhesive free and was excited to try it. There were several problems that I noticed and that it was not compatible with my previous oh snap products. I had to purchase a new phone stand for my car because this new grip would fall off. Then I lost one grip and then the other. I thought it was a pain to change phone cases and grips with the adhesive, but now I just miss my phone grips. I gave three stars because it is a great products until it was lost.

Major Downgrade from the Snap Grip 4

I wish I could write something positive here. This is a super nice grip. But after receiving this when I had previously owned a Snap Grip 4 it's like they upgraded one part of it and downgraded two other part so they could sell more accessories. They probably have some scientific reason why the magsafe charging doesn't work anymore. Or why it falls off the GPS mount. But the fact is all of this worked great on the Oh Snap 4. Bring back the Oh Snap 4 and quit trying to boost profits off your happy customers!!

Great use but it gets hot when charging

Great function. Small, minimal, easy to use. All that is perfect. My only issue is that it gets quite hot when charging. I don’t know it that is good or bad for my phone, battery or charger. This does concern me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Upgraded from the previous version. Like the lack of sticky adhesive, however the wireless charging through the grip is not as great as the previous version. Sat on the wireless charger overnight (yes, verified it was connected) and did not charge the battery. Used portable charger today, also did not allow charging like the previous model. Good thing it is easily removed so I can still wirelessly charge my phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Plastic Holder Wears Out

BEWARE, the plastic is cheap and wears out very easily and will stop closing. It’s unique in its design in that the center piece that holds the cap and the base together folds in on itself. But it’s very easy for the plastic to wear out and unstraighten the skinny thin vertices. ESPECIALLY if you hold it finger style. It will bend them out of shape eventually and will stop closing, and will UN-snap. And I have skinny little fingers so it’s not like I’m stretching the plastic out like crazy.

feels nice enough, function is ok at best. Doesn’t really pop out, spin, or function the way they promote it. Kudos, though, marketing is better than the product and you got me to buy one!

I have had Snap Grips in the past but the new MagSafe grips that can moved around is a HUGE gam changer!

Not the Best “Upgrade”

I liked it but didn’t like the need to take it off for other things since it would not charge through or isn’t near as strong as the OhSnap 4 Luxe. I took off the 5 and put my 4 back on with an adhesive. It actually sticks better to the whiteboard at my school and doesn’t slide slowly down the white board due to the weight of my phone. I was even sent a replacement, but the replacement is just as bad as the first one I received.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
