I love them, but..

the shelf life isn’t great. The little plastic hinges inevitably end up breaking after a period of time. I’ve replaced the whole assembly several times, and probably will continue to do so, as i do like the product. If they could make the flimsy plastic connector-hinges in metal or something more durable it really would be the perfect item.

No Charge-through is Kind of a Bummer

I was so excited for the new version of this phone grip. The big selling point for me was that it no longer needed adhesive since my current one kept being left behind on my charger. It wasn’t until after I had the new one on my phone that I read the caveat that pass-through charging was no longer supported... I liked the new one, but that was big enough of a down-side that I put the old one back on. Dealing with it coming off sometimes is better than having to take it off every time I want to charge my phone. We’ll see... if my old adhesive version starts coming off more frequently, I may have put the new one back on, but as it stands, I’m just keeping it as a backup.

Not my favorite grip

Did not charge through on two different devices. Did not feel comfortable in my hand. Magnetic feature for latching to objects works well.

Not easy to use

Thought this product would be better than a pop socket but it’s way worse. Although it sits more flush than one, this is much less easy to “pop” up. Also, if you don’t have extremely small fingers, you will struggle with this.

I like the look of this. It’s hard to open with one hand due to having larger hands. My finger does not fit through the middle of it. The kick stand is nice and works well. I wish it was easier to open. Feels like it might wan to break sometimes when using the kickstand. Like it’s going to be over extended. Also I have the otter box defender on my phone with this snap grip. When I use a mag safe charger the snap trap gets very very hot to the point it feels like it can cause a burn. Also I do like the magnetic feature since I work in automotive and can attach to many things.

More stylish than pop socket & easier to hold. Biggest downside is that the magnet for magsafe cases is quite weak. Never ever had my pop socket disconnect from the magnet. & it’s happened a few times with the ohsnap.

Good for some purposes but not if you use your popsocket a lot.

If you don’t use your popsocket much, it’s fine. I personally use it constantly when holding my phone or putting something on in the car. It’s not that great in that case. Maybe the next version will be a little better but I’m gonna stick with a traditional sturdy popsocket for now.Pros:- Stuck on very well by magnets- thin and can be used with chargers you lay your phone onCons:- Hard to use with one hand- Must be positioned in the perfect rotation m to work without constant adjusting. - Doesn’t sit well in car mounts with popsocket holders- Flimsy and doesn’t close without adjusting half the time.

A better grip

Great phone grip that doesn’t stick out, it’s so low profile it doesn’t constantly get caught on your pockets. Way more comfortable than anything else I have tried.
