Almost Perfect

Love my Snap Grip 4, but the spring broke after wear and tear. Preordered the 5 and it was identical, minus the adhesive. Only flaw is the magnet, it’s weaker than the 4. My 4 used to stay on my fridge. The 5 slides off. It falls off my magnetic phone holder if I hit a pothole (I love LA) or a bump.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love how it is easy to take off and put on. I don't notice any bulk to the back of my phone, which is important to me, but I have a kick stand and finger grip when I need it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No sticky glue, just magnets. Plus it's thin, lightweight, and can magnetically attach to surfaces. Although mine does not work with the magnetic chargers it's still wayyy better.

Here’s a clean, sharp 1-star review you can drop anywhere:**1 star**I really wanted to love the OhSnap grip. I pre-ordered expecting solid improvements and the concept is great. The magnet on the phone side actually holds well, but the moment you attach the phone + grip to any metal surface, it falls apart. The hold is weak and unreliable.The opening/closing mechanism in the center looks clever, but it feels flimsy and not sturdy enough for daily use. I was hoping for a stronger magnetic hold overall, but instead it slid down the surface and ended up cracking my phone’s screen protector.Great idea, disappointing execution.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To me it feels sturdier than the grip 4 with a magnet that is strong but not impossible to take off. Also I appreciate that y'all are making more fun colors!

I was super excited about this color and I do love it for that! Unfortunately, there are a few issues. The Grip 5 is thicker than the 4. The middle mechanism spins better though. I also have the CarMount and expected the Grip 5 to stick to it properly, but it failed that as well. The magnets will not hold my phone to a vertical surface without slipping. Wish it was good for more than just the color!

Had high expectations but fell short. Doesn’t charge on multiple wireless charging pads. Having to take the snap off to charge just creates an extra unnecessary step. Strong magnetic hold to phone but other plastic grip components feel flimsy. Not a good design to use as a kickstand to prop phone up; the rounded edges cause the phone to wobble and not be propped up in stable way. Overall disappointing purchase will be returning if possible
