Won’t close after 2 days

I use my phone one-handed a lot so I was excited to get this. But after using it frequently for the first two days it no longer stays closed. I checked the FAQs and it says the check if any of the little ‘arms’ are bent the wrong way, and they aren’t. If I have to avoid using it so that it will shut what’s the point of having it?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can't charge while using. Doesn't close

I can't charge it on my apple charge station. I have to take it off. Initially it didn't open unless I pushed and slid the top. Now it doesn't close all the way.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Materials Feel Flimsier Than Expected

Strong magnet - yes! Keep on your phone while charging - yes! What bummed me out is the feel of the top disk - for some reason I thought it would be metal or have that heavier feel even though it's plastic. Oh well. I gave it to my husband and he likes it.

Like my new snap Grip 5. Two comments: One my fingers are too fat to use it thru the middle and two will not magnetically charge.

A bit let down

Feels a bit flimsy, afraid it will stretch out quickly over time and not snap back to its original position. I ordered the snap 5 but it says snap 4 on the grip itself. Unsure why

The orange is a perfect match to my new phone, and I love the new magnet and that I don’t have to stick it onto my phone. Bought a couple more to be stocking stuffers!!

Not Impressed after Shap 4

The magnets used for mounting to car mounts have been greatly weakened from those used on the Snap 4. One bump and the phone falls off my car mounts, compared to never falling off when using the Snap 4.

I converted from a pop socket and wanted the features of a pop socket but also MagSafe so I ordered ohsnap. It was one day shy of eight weeks before I got the product. Multiple emails went unresponded to. I knew it was a pre-order as advertised, but the date changed and there was no communication - even after I reached out proactively around the original date. Vague or no answers for weeks. Just be honest. Like this review. I wanted to give this a one star because of the support, but I actually do like the product. I’m curious how well it will hold up over time but it’s the exact functionality I wanted. So 3 stars.
