Really good, just a few small issues

Overall I’m very stoked to use this device. It’s sleek, easy to use and has a variety of options to make it work best for each user. I’ve had the snap grip 5 for about a month now and have a found a few consistent problems. The magnets work pretty well attaching to the phone, but I had to remove my phone case because it just kept falling off too frequently. Speaking of magnets, I got really excited thinking that I could use this grip to stick my phone on the inside frame of a golf cart. Turns out, it does not grip onto the pole strongly at all and your phone will fall to the ground and break your screen protector if you try to use it in that way. Major bummer/missed opportunity to have a truly top of the line product. Just over the past few days, the little hinges have begun crossing over each other awkwardly and prevent the device from closing easily. I have to pull and tweak them to get it back to the original position. My magsafe charger works well though!

Great design and quality. I've had it for about a month and it's what I wanted. One thing, wish It would change in the car slot charger, but it's simple enough to remove.

Wireless charging does not work with adapter ring (grip removed), support refuses to help

My phone had no issue charging wirelessly on my Pixel Stand. I understand the Snap 5 does not support charging through the grip, but with only the adapter ring installed, my phone does not charge wirelessly. I have been working with support for over a week, but they keep sending canned responses about charge-through, even though that's not what I'm having an issue with. Cannot recommend this product if you do not have magsafe or if you ever think you may need support.

Did not fit my fingers. Did not work with my case. Just plain did not like it. Only put one on the review because it required a response. Would be zero for me.

Does not stick to metal or charge through

I have used these grips since the 2nd version and have loved them. They kept getting better until this 5th version. My 4 sticks perfectly to my fridge, but this one slides down. I bought the wireless charger, too. It works with my 4 but not the 5. The 5 also pops off my phone too easily and I'm not comfortable using it to hold my phone anywhere except sitting still. I would buy another 4 if I could find one but this one is awful.

I just received my Snap Grip 5 and it is inferior to the 4 that magnet that connects it to the phone stands or wireless charger is so weak it barely stays on. I’m afraid to even attach it to he mount in my car because I'm certain it would just fall off going around a sharp turn or if I need to hit the brakes really fast. Definitely will return this product and go back to the 4,
