The best oh snap yet with one huge drawback

I have been a supporter of ohsnap since the first generation. I’ve used every generation with Snap 4 being the most I’ve bought for others as well. Snap 5 has a new texture and the color looks great. The finish feels so nice on the hands. The magnet facing the phone or case with MagSafe is amazing it snaps on well and holds strong. The best part is you can switch from case to case or case to phone without the sticky residue or having to replace the sticky aspect 10/10 upgrade. However, here comes the downside and most likely the biggest disappointment. The front facing magnets are absolutely horrendous! Guys what happened?! The magnets are so weak, the phone slides off magnetic surfaces like the fridge when I cook or the on the gym equipment. That’s not even my worst complaint, it absolutely does not work the ohsnap car mount. It barely holds and any little bump and it just flies off the mount. Now the magnet connecting to the phone is strong and works well but the magnet on the ohsnap to connect to other things is a colossal failure. I cannot recommend this oh snap is you need to mount it to anything. Still I gave it 3 stars because every other aspect is fantastic. I have hope that the ohsnap team will correct this in a either a Snap 5.5 or eventually a snap 6. You guys got this and for anyone who uses the ohsnap just as a hand grip and don’t care about mounting then this snap is definitely a 5 ⭐️

got my second replacement and its the same issue.. didn't even last me half a day and it broke.

This oh snap 5 is an upgraded version of the 4 but a lot better, no longer adhesive that’s finally gone!! It even works better with car mounts it stays on the phone or case which ever how you run your phone!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Solves several problems - the grip and the stand - at the same time. Can’t mag charge though. The the snap popped off when I tried. But I didn’t mind because I’d rather use the cord anyway. I also like the snap because it allows me to use cases that may not have a grip, which to me is the most important thing of all. Love the colors! Thank you!

First grip - good decision!

This is my first grip ever. Decided to get one because I got the new 17 Pro Max and needed something that would make holding it for long periods of time easier. I love the low profile and the easy rotating capabilities. I carry my phone in my front pocket and can't even tell it's on the phone. Reason for the 4 stars is because the magnetic capabilities diminished (but still works) when wireless charging, snapping it into the notch for the kickstand can be a tad bit wonky, and the feature to slide it onto your finger doesn't work great for larger hands. Despite all this - very happy with the overall value.

I really like how thin the snap grip is and that you can use any MagSafe device. Just wish it was more stable when using vertically. When I’m watch TikTok videos, I have to keep adjusting my phone so it doesn’t fall over. Also, I’ve dropped my phone a couple times and the snap grip popped off, but it was protected my the snap case. This could be user error so any suggestions, I’m willing to take.

I waited many weeks for this. I even had to go to you before I received this item. I am not overly impressed with it and would not call it the BEST! I am not impressed with th kickstand. I have a hard time getting my phone to stand with it. Will probably not buy any other product from you.
