I liked the snap grip for the 12 hours or so that I had it, but then it fell off and disappeared!

Everything went smooth and looks great, but had to go on YouTube to see how to remove the broken grip. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.

So i ordered the purpleish one. online didnt look to purple but took a chance. glad i did because it matched my case i already had. it works just as described. sometimes a little hard to use the wireless charger because the connection isnt as strong but once it connects no problems. just gotta get it on the right spot. love how thin it is and how it doesnt have the adhesive so i can use it with any case. that was the downfall of the first one i got over a yr ago. all n all its a great product and worth every penny. i give it a 9/10. one point off for the wireless charging issue.

The Snap Grip 5 is a downgrade from previous versions. Wireless charging no longer works with the grip on. The magnets are noticeably weaker. With the old version I was able to magnetize to virtually every piece of equipment at the gym; with this version it's hit-or-miss at best. It just barely works with my Snap Mount, and only in a specific orientation.The 5 is aesthetically a little nicer than the previous version but the loss of functionality has me frustrated enough that I may just return it.

Pop-out "legs" are flimsy. Magnetic performance very nice

I haven't had it that long, maybe a week, and the pop-out supports are super flimsy. I say this because if you press it down wrong once, they will bend backwards/not in correct way. This creates more force required to keep it closed correctly and reduces the integrity of the one finger "straps"/pop-out support legs

They finally got it right!

After many iterations I believe they finally nailed it. It’s perfect! I used to have the problem that it wouldn’t stick to certain phone cases because of the adhesive. I would also struggle when putting it on certain MagSafe or regular magnetic stands. The magnetic connection would be stronger between the grip and the stand and when taking my phone off the grip would always come off, but with this upgrade it no longer has the adhesive and the connection is super strong between the grip and the phone, yet it comes on and off easily with other stands. I love it so much 🙌🏼

Not anywhere near as strong as the 4. It's irritating to get it lined up with a magnetic charger. Some days I wake up and my phone didn't charge at all.
