Garbage

Flimsy extension. I had a car mount and it was too aggressively stuck to it. The flimsy middle (where you hold it broke after only a week of owning it. Total garbage. Would not recommend.

Better Than the Pop-It

I had a Pop-It before the Snap Grip 5. The Snap Grip is more comfortable to hold between two fingers and also allows for one finger holding. The magnets are stronger and I don’t have to remove the Snap Grip for charging. It also sits flush to the camera hump on my iPhone 15 Pro Max.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great feel not so great stick to MagSafe devices

I got this and the snap grip 4 and I really wish this worked as well as the 4. I love the soft touch outside ring of the 5 and I like it sticks to the phone side super well never came off and I could still charge through with it on with my Belkin MagSafe charger. But it would not align magnetically as well as the 4 and was super easy to come off the MagSafe devices I have like one instance was when the 5 was attached to my car phone mount it fell off when I made a turn and it cracked my screen protector when it fell so I had to fix that and never used it when it was connected again I had to remove the grip to use it on anything MagSafe just so it could stick with no issues. I mentioned it did not align at all well or easy with the 5 compared to the 4 the 4 just finds the device fast and grips it super well too well and I don’t have any fears the 4 would fall when connected to my car mount I just wish the 4 had the same soft touch outside and matte black look and not the glossy black. I wanted to love the 5 so much because of that feature alone but I wanted something I don’t have to think about or take off ever because why would I need it off? So if you need something that sticks don’t get this it only sticks to the phone side well but if you don’t mind taking it off and prefer the soft touch get this I guess but they need to fix the magnetic issues and maybe if they had an adhesive grip 5 that would be nice to fix the issues.

Great product that could be improved

Works reasonably well as advertised. Wish there was an option to personalize the snap 5 as you could then snap 4-this seems like an over site. The standing pop out circle could be improved to be more stable-instead of being a complete circle, the site oposite the locking part could be short flat segment which would be less likely to tip over and would not affect any other functions. Seems like a simple no brainer improvement,

The magnet strength is on point, it's easy to pop out and it just works! My only complaint is that it doesn't hold the phone vertically at a great angle.

This is my 3rd type of MAGsafe type grip for my phone. I like the thinness and strength of the magnet the best!My current interest is how strong and rugged the internal things really are. They look thin, but seem to be working fine thus far....The one thing that I've added was Dragon Skin to the plastic center. This keeps my phone from slipping around on tables and other slopped places I place the phone that isn't magnetic...

This is 3 days of using the Oh Snap Grip 5. The white gets easily scratch. I never drop my phone with this grip on and it already looks like I’ve used this for months.
